Christmas Tree

I have seen so many posts of beautiful Christmas wreaths all over the internet, especially Pinterest my favorite place for crafty inspirations.

Yesterday I started my own, lots of rosettes and burnt fingers later...I changed my mind, so I made this Christmas tree instead. All of the designer papers are from the Martha Steward "Merry Christmas" pack I got on sale at Michaels', the ornaments were cut at 1.19" using Archiver's paper in red and the white paper is from my wausau stack (95lbs) The snowflakes I had to cut at 1.75" because anything less than gets torn by the blade.

I didn't use my cameo to make the rosettes because I thought cutting them by hand and scoring was going to be faster and it was, besides I was just having fun with them. I love making rosettes, they are so easy and beautiful. But I did use the cameo to make the decorations, the snowflakes, ornaments and angels were cut with my machine.

I hope you liked this project. Now off to make DH's treat boxes I was talking about in my previous posts. I bought some of my favorite Holiday chocolates (I only like white chocolate) and it is the candy cane kisses (Hershey's) OMG those are delicious!!I bought three bags, two for the treats and one for us -read ME-

Thanks for stopping by!
