Love my Cameo blog hop

Hi everybody! If you have come from Tonya 's blog, you are in the right place.  If you just stopped by my blog today, click on this link, http://amychomas.blogspot.com/  to head to the start of this blog hop so you won't miss anything along the way!

This blog hop is to let the world know WHY we love our Cameos <3. I love mine because it has given me so many possibilities to create wonderful things with it. My machine is an essential part for my paper crafting hobby, I have mentioned over and over how much now I depend on my machine lol. From simple cuts to very small or intricate designs, my cameo does it ALL. Vinyl, rhinestones, fabric painting you name it! This machine is a dream! I am so passionate about my cameo that I want more people to share the joy and get their own. My friend Candice bought her cameo (first electronic machine ever for her) after she saw the things I made with it and that she too could create. I just LOVE MY CAMEO!!

Since Amy is sponsoring this blog hop, she was so kind to send all of us one of her fabulous pen holders! I was so happy when I opened the package and went to play with it right away. I wanted to make something simple, yet elegant. I didn't want to use a lot of embellishments or anything like that because I wanted to show you how well the Chomas Creations Pen Holder for the Silhouette works (there is one for cricuts and one for markers too) and this is what I came up with:

I used a Uniball Singo Broad tip in gold. That pen is too thick to fit in the pen holder which is good to work with the small thin gel pens or any other pen that is not as wide as the Uniball. I just took the pen's ink tank and adjusted the pen holder to fit and it worked perfectly! Look how accurate and clean the print is!

This is another design I was working with at first but I ended up liking the frame I posted above a little more.

Here is a video that will show you how to use the pen holder.

Before I leave, I would like to offer a small prize for reading this post and hopping with us. I will use a random number generator to give away the card I made using the Chomas Creations' pen holder and in addition to that Amy Chomas will also be giving away a set of the adjustable pen & marker holders for the Cameo as part of a prize for the hop.

Now don't forget to continue with the blog hop and visit Candace to see why she loves her Cameo.

  20. Your card is really nice. It was very ingenious of you to figure out to remove the ink barrel and use it in place of the entire pen - not sure I would have thought of that! Thanks for being part of the hop.
