This is a super quick project I whipped today. After finishing wrapping the presents, my daughter pointed that the presents had no tags! So how could they know which one belongs to her or her sister. I really don't have much time for stamping or print and cutting or layering and last year most of the tags I hung with twine came off because we open our gifts at my SIL's house in Charleston.
I needed tags that would stay put on the presents and that could handle the 5.5 hour road trip and what better than to cut the initials and sketch the names inside of the chunky letters? Super! I used my Chomas Pen Holder to write the names with and I taped the "tags" with double sided tape. The tags are now safe and in place, ready for the road trip.
Oh, let me tell you what happened when I was cleaning my eclips mat! It SNAPPED! LOL...I was bending it a bit to lift the leftover paper from it and it just snapped, a big loud pop and the mat was ruined. It was a fairly new mat too and I tend to use both side of my mats so I don't get why it got so much stress on one end only...hummm. Luckily, I have a huge stash of eclips and cameo mats and blades to spare.
That's all for today, I wanted to say Merry Christmas to all of you! Have a wonderful time with your family and don't forget why and who we celebrate Christmas after all ;)
See you on Thursday with another Cameo Creations project. Don't forget to enter the current challenge and to become a Facebook fan.
