We are about to say goodbye to 2012 and HELLO 2013!! So we have a new challenge for you: NEW YEAR'S! Come and show us your projects and you could win a $10 gift certificate to Lettering Delights. Our challenges are now running for a whole month so you have plenty of time to think about something cute and post it on the Cameo Creations' page.
For this project, I had in mind using Keleigh Ratzlaff's hat template and I wanted to use one of those wine tags I got from the store long time ago.
This is the hat, I used some furniture trim I to redecorate my son's lampshade but it is not finished yet. Then I used a flag from the store and typed and cut some numbers to create my 2013.
I used glitter paper from Archiver's for the numbers, my machine is so amazing! Look how I could use this itty bitty part of left over glitter paper!
The bottle tag looks so good in person! This tag was a mere excuse for me to buy my favorite Moscato from Costco hahaha, too bad it will be at least one more month before I can drink it. The sentiment was sketched using my Chomas creations pen holder and a golden gel pen. Easy peasy!
Almost all the papers I used are metallic by Recollections. Only the patterned paper on the scalloped tag is from a small stash of left over DP from my baby shower's theme.
And there was a little somebody getting on my way when I was taking pictures, lol. She wanted her sippy to be part of the display too...how cute is she?
That's all for today! I hope you can join us in this challenge, it was so much fun creating this awesome projects for you (and me ;P) and don't forget that you have until January 31st and you could win a $10 gift certificate to buy those awesome graphics and fonts from Lettering Delights (click on the banner on the left side)
