Cameo Creations Challenge - Mother's Day

Hello lovely ladies, as promised, today I will be showing you my Mother's Day project for the Cameo Creations Challenge. I decided to do a stair step fold for my card using my cameo. Also, the borders, doily and matting circles were done with my cameo. I made a quick pnc for the sentiment because I didn't find anything in Spanish at the store and this card is going all the way to Peru to my Mom.

For this challenge we had to make a Mother's Day card using ribbon.  Here is mt project:

Blog Hop - Seed Packet Card

Hi! Welcome to the Blog Hop for Kelleigh Ratzlaff's Seed Packet Card! If you came from Elise's blog then you're in the right place. If you've stumbled upon my blog and would like to start from the beginning, head on over to Kelleigh Ratzlaff's blog.

Today I want to show you what I  have done with this template. It is a seed packet but I decided to use it as a money holder, my first project with it was this card for my friend's daughter's sweet sixteen. The picture is not great because it was taken indoors and at night, but it sure looked really pretty in person.  (new version inside)

Re-conditioning Your Cutting Mats

You know how much I love my eclips mats, as much as my cameo itself lol. But I was running out of brand new ones and they are not longer as cheap as when I originally got them from Oh My Crafts, especially after adding the shipping costs! I still have like 4 or 6 brand new mats but I was thinking I could give the repositionable adhesive a chance and use it on my mats.

Cameo Creations Challenge - Sports Theme

Hello everybody! Today is Cameo Creations day and I have a cute project for you using the Chomas Creations pen holder I used before and Bugaboo Digital Stamps.

Since the theme is "Sports" and we are being sponsored by Bugaboo Stamps, I decided to choose this cute little surfer dude and made a masculine card. Let me tell you that designing something for a boy is really hard for me since I have two girls and have no idea what boys like, but this stamp was so cute how could I pass it up?

Mom to be Hat

Remember last week I posted the diaper cake I made for my friend's sister in law's baby shower? Well, I wanted to make a hat for the mom to be too and I used the Party Hat template from Kelleigh Ratzlaff's store. It is so easy to trace with your cameo and of course you can cut it by hand if you don't have an electronic cutter. Kelleigh's templates are so easy to put together. Check my post from last week so you learn how to trace a png file.

Diaper Cake Using my Cameo

My good friend Caty and I are throwing a baby shower for her brother's wife. Since the shower will be on Easter Sunday we decided to get into the Easter mood and theme the shower after it. We are using all of our favorite pastel colors and baby chicks and candy.

So, one of my projects was to make a diaper cake. I have already made one for another friend before so I thought that should be easy, right? Well, after almost 8 hours of work I am finally finished with it, woohoo!!

Here is the cake: (tutorial inside)

Easter Hunt Buckets - Cameo Vinyl Arts

Continuing with the Easter theme this week, I decorated three buckets I got from Walmart, they are the tin buckets and only cost $4.95. The pink color was perfect for my girls a my little niece and I had the idea of putting cutting a vinyl bunny and some polka dots for accents. They turned out so cute!
