Sassy Purse Template.

Kelleigh has a new template in her store over at the Digichick and I was so lucky to get to play with it. It is called Sassy Purse and it is so adorable!

I used this template to make a gift card holder for my daughter's friend who was having a glamorous birthday party at a spa for little girls (YES! There is such thing and it is uh-mazing!) The sassy purse was the perfect match for the party theme.

I have been taking advantage of Dollar days on Wednesdays at Jessica Spargue's website, I loooove getting Cartabella and Echo Park digital kits, they are so pretty!

This paper is from the True Friends 2 paper pack. So cute!

I stamped the inside with my newest stamps from My Thoughts Exactly. Alyssa is closing her store and everything is 60% off, so sad to see her go and I wish her the best. If you want to check out her stamps, go to her website and take advantage of the awesome sale.

The insert for the purse was made using the offset option in the studio, I made an inside and outside offset to create this card. Also, as you can see, I used some brads to add the handle which was made using the handle from the basket in the Hippity Hop set by SVGcuts.

Here is a picture of the entire purse. If you don't have the Hippity Hop kit, you can just use some ribbon, cord or plain paper and add a decorative edge using a paper punch, which reminds me I used an EK success punch to make the scalloped edge on my purse. I guess I could have weld an edge on the studio but to be honest, I just forgot lol

Oh, forgot to mention! I used Velcro sticker to attach the flap of the purse and make the opening more useful. The letter is just a sticker I found in my stash and the scalloped paper was cut at 1.50" using my cameo!! WOW!

I hope you like this project which you can get at Kelleigh's store. It is such a cute file!

Thanks for stopping by!
